Prices and availability

Prices are indicative until a booking is confirmed and are subject to availability at the moment of confirmation. Taxes, fees, resort and service charges may be added at checkout or collected locally by the supplier. Currency conversion and bank charges are borne by the customer.

Visas, entry rules and documents

Visa approval is not guaranteed. Entry rules are set by destination authorities and may change at any time. The customer is responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and health documents.

Itineraries and suppliers

Itineraries, accommodation, transport and schedules are delivered by third-party suppliers and may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled for weather, operational, safety or force majeure reasons. Comparable replacements may be offered.

Tour operator status

Where required, the tour operator is entered in the Unified Register of Tour Operators and holds a financial guarantee; register entry details are shown before booking. Where we act as a travel agent, we disclose the registered operator we act for under an agency agreement.

Your rights and complaints

Before booking you receive the performer's identity, the full characteristics of the tourist product, the total price, payment terms, cancellation and refund conditions, and the complaint procedure. Pre-trial claims may be sent to contact@ryzoval.com; we respond within the statutory period. You may also apply to the State Consumer Service or to a court.
