2. Data, purposes and basis

We collect name, email, phone, country, trip details and passport data where required for booking.

Lawful basis is contract performance, legal obligation or consent. We use data to answer inquiries, arrange travel services, meet accounting duties, prevent fraud, and, with consent, send marketing emails or SMS and run analytics. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

3. Sharing and retention

Data may be shared with hotels, carriers, insurers, registered tour operators under agency agreements, IT providers and authorities where law requires. We keep data only as long as needed or required by law.

4. Security and your rights

We apply appropriate safeguards. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent by writing to contact@ryzoval.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
