04 / Private inquiry
Destination, dates, travelers, and a working budget are enough to start. Each quote lists what is included and excluded: taxes, resort fees, transfers, excursions, visa fees, and travel insurance.
01 / Direct lines
Write or call with your destination, travel dates, party size, and budget band. A planner answers personally, not a queue.
Prefer a structured brief? Send it through the trip inquiry form and the planner replies to the email address you provide.
Checklist / 04 items
A short brief shortens the back and forth. Write these four lines down first, then open the form. If a line is still open, say so and we will quote the options side by side.
Give the month and, if you have one, the preferred week. Maldives resorts run their driest stretch from December to April. UAE city and desert stays are cooler from November to March.
Month changes rate and availability more than any other detail.
Nights per destination, not total days. A combined Maldives and UAE program needs at least nine nights to keep the internal flight and the airport-to-hotel transfer comfortable.
Split trips under nine nights usually cost more per night.
Adults, children with ages, and the number of rooms you want. Private transfers are quoted by vehicle class and luggage capacity, so the party size and bag count decide the car.
Luggage count sets the vehicle class, not the headcount.
A per traveler range that includes flights, or a land-only figure. Every quote states what is included and excluded: taxes, resort fees, transfers, excursions, visa fees, and travel insurance.
Land-only and all-in figures are never mixed in one quote.
Visa and entry guidance is a checklist, not a guarantee. Final approval sits with destination authorities. Hotel names, room categories, transport providers, and itineraries may change; final details are confirmed at booking.
