2. Inquiries and bookings

An inquiry is not a booking; a contract forms on our written confirmation and, where required, payment. Before booking we disclose the performer, product characteristics, total price, payment, cancellation and refund rules and the complaint route (Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 on Consumer Protection).

3. Prices and inclusions

Prices are per person in the offer currency and cover only listed items; visas, insurance, personal expenses and optional excursions are excluded unless stated. VAT is not charged unless indicated.

4. Cancellation and complaints

Cancellation terms are those stated per product. Written complaints: contact@ryzoval.com or the address above; we reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Consumer Service of Ukraine or a court.

5. Travel services

Tour-operator activity in Ukraine is not licensed. As tour operator we are in the Unified Register of Tour Operators and hold a financial guarantee, shown in the offer. As travel agent we disclose the registered operator we act for under an agency agreement (Law No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 on Tourism).

6. Personal data and cookies

We process names, e-mails, phones and, where needed, passport data with your consent (Law No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 on Personal Data Protection). Request access, correction or erasure at contact@ryzoval.com; the supervisory authority is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Cookies and marketing messages need prior consent (Law No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 on Electronic Communications).

7. Advertising and liability

Promotional material is marked as advertising and claims about registration or guarantees are verifiable (Law No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996 on Advertising). The site is provided as is; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Language and contacts

A Ukrainian version of this site carries content of equal prominence (Law No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019).
